February Sketchy Board challenge

Heres the challenge for this month and heres my take on it

Double Diamond fold cards

LOVED making these cards. As you can imagine I was in heaven getting rid of a few more of scraps of paper and card. lol.
The whole style of these cards are so unlike me. Im not a pic sort of person but I really like these ones. The fold is very interesting too.

This isnt an original its from Paperroses. I have changed it slightly though. The little girl in pic is me- with my dad on holidays :D

Sketchy boards challenge January

As you may remember I was lucky enough to be chosen as a DT member over at Sketchy Boards challenge

Paradise

Had so much fun with this one. I had to follow a sketch for my scrapbooking challenge. I used texture paste that I coloured green, stamps, ink, paint, stickers etc. Just went for it and love the effect and colours

Cards for swaps

 This card challenge was to make a card using the Rubber band technique- (Rubber Band technique) as a background. I did this embossing the rubberband image in gold and then shading with various inks. I then cut the paper into strips to use as my background. I thought the background looked a bit bambooey so decided to go for a Japanese sort of theme.

 This is a Criss Cross card (Criss cross card). I loved making this one. I added shells and twine for a beaching feel
