Heres my big one becoming School Captain, or one of four of them anyway. It was a while ago now but we were so proud of him. He had to write and present his speech as to why he thought he would be a good candidate for the School Captain.
Very simple layout for my sons 12th birthday. I love this birthday paper, very bright and fun, just right for a birthday.
Heres my cards for the June swap. We had to incorporate twine and the colour blue- I have a little bit on there. It also had to be a birthday card.
I did this layout for a competition, that I run. One of our members chose for us to include in the sketch, 2 shades of green and a smidge of burgandy. These pics were taken when we found an amazing part of Lake Eildon to paddle board on. Liam loved it.
Every holidays I design a page for the Tween girls to come along and make. I dont have many girly pages having boys, so its quite a challenge and quite refreshing to use some girly colours.
This page incorporates a doily. Im quite into using doilies at the mo so this worked well. It is painted and then some weaved paper on top. I hope the weaving isnt too tricky for the girls.
Love both of these workshops. The girls will be making them this week :D. My wedding day seems like an age ago.
This month the challenge was a Tri fold card that included paint and the theme was beach. I sort of strayed off the path a bit with my nautical boat one but it includes the ocean so i guess it kind of is on track. I had so much fun making them, using up bits of things Ive had forever.
