Girls holiday scrapbooking page

I got a very nice Scrapbooking package from my Brother and sister in law for Chrissy. I dont use pink very often and as I was holding a scrapbooking workshop for the Tweens I decided to use the paper to create a page for them. This is what I came up with, very girly.
The girls pages will be slightly different to this one not in design but in paper used, same sort of paper just not exactly the same. Hope they like it :D

More Box cards

Some people might say I have an obsession with Box cards- and they may well be right! lol. When my members from my card swap saw the box cards that I learnt from my friend Clare over at crafty cow- they were keen to give them a go. So the challenge was to produce 3 with the colour orange included. I loved making these and the last one as you can see has a shade of red rather than orange, might get away with that. I love the paper `Spring Bloom` from Kaisercraft that features in all of these cards. Fun!

Getting ready for January - kit swaps

`Bright and Happy` from Paper Roses. This is the kit that some of the ladies at my workshop will be making. I really like them, as they are called they are Bright and Happy, very easy to make too .

More Xmas cards

Now anyone that knows me well, will know that I cant throw anything away thats crafty. I have lots of little bags of scrap paper that others wouldnt think to keep but I just cant help it I cant throw them. Heres some cards Ive made using up some of my stash. I made the card for my sons teacher. The Xmas tree cards were so easy and so effective I think. I had lot of blue strips left as you can see so put them into the Herringbone background card. Feeling quite resourceful - but only for a minute as I look at the bags of paper left to go lol

Quick shaker Christmas cards

These cards were so fun to make and so easy. I have often looked at other wonderful shaker cards and dismissed making them as they always looked too complicated. Well I tackled it today and it was quite easy. It was just getting everything in the right place that was the hard bit. I used the die cuts I used when I did my box card too which made it much quicker.

Another Box card

Yes sorry its another one lol. I gave the 40th card to my friend and then she requested I made on for her friends 60th, so my first order :D She wanted orange, lime green, pink and purple, so a bit of a challenge and I didnt have a lot of time. Im hoping she likes it

Christmas card swap

Heres some simple Christmas cards. They are lots of fun to make and so easy. It is using the folded Christmas tree technique. Ive made this set up myself for my ladies to do at the card making workshop. I hope they like them :D

40th Birthday card and bracelet box for a friend

Yes another one!! LOL. I had to make a special present for a special friend. The little box has a bracelet in it. I also made a tag for a bottle of bubbly for her :D

Its beginning to look alot like Christmas

Yes its another one lol- cant help myself. They are so easy and so addictive. This one was very simple as I had some die cuts I bought with a card kit a long time ago. Im slowly using my old stash up.
Once youve made the box you can go wild with all the embellishments. Mine are pretty tame to some Ive seen :D

My dear friend turned 40 the other day. She had a masquerade party ( which Im recovering from lol) and so I decided to make her a special card. Im getting a bit hooked on these box cards they are so easy to make.

Heres the wonderful kits I received from Paper Roses. Carol produces fantastic kits and I thoroughly enjoyed making them. My ladies will be coming round next week to do a few too. Im sure they will enjoy them too. :D
